Biography

Dr. Michala K. Stock, D-ABFA is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology & Anthropology and the Director of the Human Identification Laboratory at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Anthropology and conducts forensic anthropological casework for the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner and local Colorado counties. Her research focuses on the growth and development of human skeletal variation and improving biological profile estimation using quantitative methods. She teaches courses in biological anthropology, forensic anthropology, anatomy, and human growth & development.
