Both the BA and MA programs have an applied focus that takes Anthropology out of the classroom and into the world. There are joint programs with Archaeological Services and the Mid-Atlantic Addiction Research and Training Institute.

Internship Info <p>Regional and international internship programs are available in archaeology, museum studies and applied anthropology.</p>
Grants Or Funding Undergraduate students are supported by the Neusius Scholarship. Graduate students are supported with Graduate Assistants. Federal Work Study eligible students are hired to conduct anthropology and archaeology research. Students are hired through Archaeological Services for field and laboratory projects. Funding is available for both undergraduate and graduate students to present at professional conferences. Funding is also available to support student research and professional development.
