Lehman offers a 4-field BA and an interdisciplinary BS. Faculty participate in PhD training at the CUNY Graduate Center, which is also home to NYCEP, the New York Consortium in Evolutionary Primatology, an interdisciplinary multi-institutional graduate training prog in Phys Anth directed by Eric Delson of Lehman. BA, 34 credits, 1 introductory and 1 intermediate course in each of Cultural, Phys and Arch, 1 introductory course in Linguistics; 3 other courses and 1 independent research in Anth; BS Anth (Phys), Biology, Chemistry: 60 credits, alternative tracks for Phys Anth research, pre-med/dent & other lab work. All tracks require 2 introductory courses each in Phys Anth and Biology, 2-4 chemistry courses with lab, basic statistics, and 20+ credits electives. Physics courses required in some tracks.

Program Details
Research Facilities Two computer-linked classrooms. Laboratory facilities for archaeology, genetics, forensics and osteology. 3D Virtual & Solid Visualization Laboratory with rapid prototyper (""3D printer"") to make solid models of on-screen images.
Collections Extensive collection of fossil casts, artifacts, digital images of fossil humans and other primates.
Misc Information The Anthro/Bio/Chem BS degree program offers the "Maizie Hirsch" Award to a graduate who has been accepted into medical or dental school within 3 years of graduation. The ""Mitzi Ludwig"" Award is offered annually to one or more BA majors selected by the faculty on the basis of GPA, activities and research.
